Job description:

St Helena Cyclery is looking for an experienced Mechanic/ Sales Associate/ to assume the role of Service Manager in our small and busy shop in the heart of the Wine Country. The position is demanding and rewarding. Only candidates with bike shop experience will be considered.

We are proud of our reputation for outstanding customer service and require a positive, upbeat individual with a knack for interaction and problem solving.

Responsibilities will include greeting and waiting on customers, selling merchandise, service writing, inventory control, and of course repairing bikes.

The ideal candidate will be professional and self-motivated; learn quickly and strive for excellence. At least one weekend day will be required, but we are closed Mondays so you’ll have plenty of time to get out and ride.
